The textbooks and materials listed within the Luceo AI-Powered Study App are sourced through the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) and are properly licensed for commercial usage. These licences permit Luceo to generate derivative educational content such as summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and study aids for learners and educators.

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain with the original copyright holders. Luceo does not claim ownership of the source materials and distributes derivative content solely for educational purposes in accordance with licensing agreements.

If you are a copyright holder and have concerns about how your material is used on the Luceo platform, please contact us at legal@luceoapp.com for prompt resolution.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Luceo's platform without your permission, you may submit a Copyright Infringement Notification to us. Please include the following:

2. 2The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content.
3. 3Your full name, email address, and any other relevant contact details.

Our Response

Once we receive a valid copyright complaint, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• Notify the user who posted the content.
• Terminate accounts of users who are repeat offenders.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

3. 3A statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
4. 4A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
