This Copyright Policy outlines how Luceo Education Suite (“Luceo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a product of TexSphere Technology Services Ltd registered in Nigeria, manages and responds to copyright-related issues for content submitted through our website, mobile app, and other services (collectively, the “Service”).

Luceo respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable copyright laws. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action where required.

User Responsibilities

By using Luceo, you agree to the following:

  • Only upload, post, or share content you own or are authorised to use.
  • Do not submit content that violates copyright laws, other regulations, or ethical standards.
  • Follow our Terms of Service and this Copyright Policy.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Luceo's platform without your permission, you may submit a Copyright Infringement Notification to us. Please include the following:

  2. 2The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content.
  3. 3Your full name, email address, and any other relevant contact details.
  4. 4A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
  5. 5A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. 6Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Once we receive a valid copyright complaint, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the content.
  • Terminate accounts of users who are repeat offenders.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

  1. 1A description of the removed content and its prior location (URL).
  2. 2Your name, address, and email.
  3. 3A statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
  4. 4A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
  5. 5Your physical or electronic signature.
